The following groups
have formed a "Giving Cir-
cle" to assist those Native
Americans living at Rose-
bud and Pineridge Indian
Reservations. As many of
you know they have just
recently come through
a terrible blizzard and
many were without heat
and electricity for two to
three weeks. Transporta-
tion came to a standstill
because the snow plows
were getting stuck. In
some places there is lim-
ited power.
The following groups
have gotten together and
are collecting clothing,
blankets, shoes, boots,
and cash donations. For
